ABOUT ME

Thank you for visiting my site! I started painting only a few years ago, after being inspired while walking through a local art show. Through countless YouTube videos and trial and error, I've worked to develop my skills and techniques.

While painting is a newer hobby for me, it's one that I absolutely love. There's something about the way the different colors come together on the canvas that I find completely mesmerizing. Each of my paintings are one-of-a-kind and original designs.

I am located in Arizona and when I'm not painting (or working my full-time job), I love spending time with my family and two dogs, or playing video games (I'm a total geek at heart).

PAINTING METHOD

Step 1:

A layer of gesso is applied to the stretched and back-stapled canvas.

Step 2:

Each acrylic paint color is mixed with a pouring medium until it reaches the right consistency.

Step 3:

Once mixed, the paints are poured onto the canvas and manipulated by tilting and blowing to reach the desired effect.

Step 4:

Once the painting is fully dried, it is sealed with a professional gloss varnish that protects the painting from any damage, including UV rays.
